LeYi's team management is traditionally Chinese. It refers to the Chinese management philosophy - proper use of modern Western management science, taking into account traditional Chinese culture as well as psychological and behavioral characteristics, in order to achieve a more favorable effect of management. I advocate rationalize management, emphasizing self-analyzing, which is more inclusive; it takes the book of change as theoretical basis, "to combine the unity and difference"; we advocate starting from personal cultivation to be qualified to engage in the management team.
The 21st century is a time when Chinese and Western management philosophy combined as one management science, and going forward hang in hand, neither would do great job without each other. |
